| 摘 要： | 评价超声诊断脐带绕颈的临床价值。方法应用超声诊断脐带绕颈,根据脐带绕颈的周数及松紧度,可共临床选择适当的分娩方式。结果对诊断脐带绕颈2周以上者,放宽剖宫产指标,明显降低了胎儿窘迫及围生儿死亡率。结论超声诊断脐带绕颈简单、直观、无创、准确,为产科选择恰当的分娩方式提供了可靠的依据。
