| Abstract: | Based on the principle of piling up,the electric field in tensity on the surface of long circular and the point on the spherical surface with even electricity have keen settled.Also,this paper points out that the present text should start out a discussion that all the points of the system talked above should be evenly distributed and gives out the correct functions at the same time. |
