| Abstract: | In the light of the insufficiency of network information such as Chinese Academic Theses Reviewing Experts Directory or references and abstracts used to select the readers, this paper expounds the feasibility of selecting the readers by using the National Natural Science Foundation Projects Database, and introduces the concrete methods of selecting the readers with this database. |
