摘    要:金融市场细分,各客户群之间的需求与爱好各有差异,需要银行提供不同的金融商品和服务,采取不同的营销策略给予满足.商业银行在分析环境、细分市场和确定营销目标后,必须明确相应的营销策略,这取决于自身的规模和竞争地位.

Abstract:The segmentation of financial market and the different demands and tastes of different client groups require different financial products and service. Banks should take different marketing strategies to satisfy these demands. On analyzing the environment, segmenting the market and deciding the marketing target, the commercial banks should clarify their marketing strategies, which depends on its own scale and competitive position.
