成长期中小企业的竞争战略匹配

摘    要:成长期是实现中小企业持续健康发展最为关键的时期。本文结合企业生命周期发展过程中的特点,首先分析了成长期中小企业的特征,以此为基础给出了该时期中小企业可以选择的竞争战略模式和影响中小企业战略匹配的主要因素,最后构建了具有普适性的成长期中小企业的战略匹配框架。

Abstract:Growth stage is the most critical period for SMEs to achieve sustainab le and healthy development.This paper,combining the characteristics of the dev elopment process in enterprise life cycle,firstly analyzes the characteristics of growing small and medium size enterprises.Secondly,on the basis of the abov e study,the paper puts forward the competitive strategies model for SMEs to cho ose and the major factors of the impact of the suited business strategies on SME s during this period.Finally an universal framework of strategy matching for SM Es in the period of growth is built.
