盛世之憾：从“贞观之治”看唐太宗法治与德治的局限性

＂贞观之治＂是中国封建社会最负盛名的治世,作为中国封建社会屈指可数的开明君主,唐太宗十分重视法制建设和道德建设,形成了较为完善的法制思想和德治思想,对后世产生了深远影响。然而,透过贞观盛世的繁华,我们仍然能看到唐太宗法制思想和德治思想的局限性。唐太宗倡导的＂八议＂、＂官当＂、＂上请＂等制度在维护封建统治方面发挥了重要作用,但也折射出其封建法制思想的局限性。唐太宗后期的骄奢淫逸和恣意妄为,也使其德治思想成为空谈。

REGRET OF THE PROSPEROUS TIMES: LIMITATION OF TANG TAIZONG'S LEGAL- GOVERNING THOUGHT AND MORAL -GOVERNING THOUGHT FROM THE ZHEN GUAN ZHI ZHI

＂zhen guan zhi zhi ＂ is the greatest reputable rule in Chinese feudal society.As one of the most enlightened Emperors in Chinese feudal society,Tang Taizong attached great importance to the legislative work and the moral construction,forming the more perfect legal-governing thought and moral-governing thought that have the profound influence to the later generation.However,after ＂zhen guan zhi zhi ＂,we still could see the limitation of Tang Taizong＇s legal-governing thought and moral-governing thought.Tang Taizong developed such systems as ＂eight proposals＂,＂guan dang＂,＂shang qing＂ which maintained feudalism rule and displayed influential role,but also reflects the limitation of the feudal legal system thought.But in the later period Tang Taizong,his arrogant extravagant obscene desire with act without regard for authority makes his moral-governing thought become an empty talk.
