| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法,对团队建设的基础理论进行了梳理和分析。在此基础上,对高校体育教学团队建设的基本思路进行了探讨。研究认为,构建和发展高校体育教学团队,应注意明确目标取向、选择合理的团队类型、培养团队带头人、搭建合理的教师梯队和建立健全相关制度。

| Abstract: | Through literature,expert interviews and logical analysis,the basic theories of team building were carded and analyzed. On this basis,the basic ideas of college physical education team-building were discussed. Studies suggest that in order to build and develop college physical education team,we should pay attention a clear goal orientation,choose the right type of team,training team leaders,teachers build a reasonable echelon and establish and improve relevant systems. |
