| 摘 要： | 本文报道从虎耳草幼花轴培养中诱导出胚状体并再生为完整植株所需的条件。对影响胚性愈伤组织生长和胚状体形成的几种因素作了初步探讨。并描述了胚状体发生过程中的细胞组织学观察结果,发现了一些与合子胚发育类似或不同之处.

| Abstract: | Conditions for the embryoids induction and plantlets regeneration from the young rachilla segments of the cultured Saxifraga stolonif- era Mrb were reported in this paper.Al Studi were the e factor affecting the growth of mbryogenic calli and ombryoid formation. A detail decription about the cytohistological observation son of the mbryogeneids was given out. |
