摘    要:为了预测车载榴弹炮在不同条件下的射击稳定性,需要建立火炮发射时的动力学模型。根据车载榴弹炮的具体特点,利用虚拟样机软件ADAMS构建了某车载榴弹炮多体系统动力学模型,给出了考虑液压油可压缩性的液压刚度计算方法,建立了考虑液压座板和液压驻锄结构形式和土壤特性的接触动力学模型,为改善数值计算的奇异性,引入了一种近似的摩擦力连续函数,模拟了不同土壤特性对车载榴弹炮射击稳定性的影响。

Abstract:A dynamics model of howitzer on launch is investigated for predicting the firing stability of vehicle mounted howitzers under different conditions. According to the specified characteristics of the howitzer, a multi-body dynamics model is constructed by means of virtual prototyping package titled by ADAMS. The algorithm for calculating hydraulic stiffness is presented by considering oil compressibility. Contact dynamics model is developed, where the structure of hydraulic base plate and hydraulic spades, and the performance of terrain are taken into account. An approximate continuous friction function is employed for improving the singularity of numerical simulation. The effects of soils with different properties on firing stability are simulated for a vehicle mounted howitzer.
