| 摘 要： | 高等院校校报主编的素质高低，对办好校校报，极为重要。本文结合校报实际和作者的实际，论述了校报主编要具有导向定位、业务技术，版面语言、组织管理、平衡协调和人才培养等基本素质，提出了如何培养和提高这些基本素质的方法和途径。

| Abstract: | The success in running a college news paper depends mainly on principal qualities of its chief editor According to his personal experience and the present situation of college news papers, the author holds the view that a chief editor should possess the qualities of guiding orientation, professional kills the layout language, organizational management, coordination and personal training. Finally,the author suggests that somes pecific ways and means of cultivating and improving these qualities. |
