中国汽车企业核心竞争力研究

摘    要:对企业核心竞争力的研究是当前管理学的热点问题。近年来随着中国加入WTO,中国企业如何提高自身核心竞争力以应对开放市场后更加激烈的国际竞争,成为理论工作者与企业界研究的重要课题。文章在总结和吸收别人研究成果的基础上,提出了新的核心竞争力概念,拓宽了对企业核心竞争力的理解,并对于汽车行业如何构建核心竞争力提出自己的建议。

Abstract:The study on enterprise's key competitiveness is a hot problem of present management. As China joins WTO, how Chinese enterprises improve one's own fiercer international competition in order to tackle and open the markets of key competitiveness, become the important subject that theory worker and business circles study. The article has put forward the new key competitiveness concept on the basis of summarizing and ab- sorbing others ' research results, has widenned the understanding of enterprise' s key competitiveness, and to the suggestion how to structure the key competitiveness to propose one's own of automobile trade.
