| 摘 要： | 通过构建城市科技创新发展能力的指标体系,以1995—2006年时间序列数据为依据,运用层次分析法,对上海科技创新能力进行实证研究。计算结果表明:上海城市科技创新能力呈逐年上升趋势,尤其是科技创新投入能力和产出能力增长迅速,但城市创新支撑能力相对有限。

| Abstract: | By adopting Analytic Hierarchy Process,this paper establishes the index system of urban ST innovation capacity.And then it takes Shanghai as an example to study ST innovation capacity of the city according to data from 1995 to 2006.The results show that innovation capacity of Shanghai is rising year by year,especially the input and output of innovation capacity is increasing rapidly.However,the supporting capacity is limited relatively. |
