| Abstract: | Under the new economic conditions,the knowledge has become the new power for the development of the private enterprises,and the private enterprisers should make great efforts to renewing their knowledge structure,give full play to their after-superiority,utilize the "knowledge overflowing effect" and the market's "positive feedback effect",and break the new path of developing the new economy that the enterprises of the developed countries have never gown. |
