环氧复合材料基体对层间剪切强度的影响

摘    要:本文用NOL环短梁三点弯曲试验对玻纤/环氧复合材料的层间剪切强度作了试验测定,对层间剪切破坏面作了扫描电镜观察,发现由于环氧树脂的配方不同,层间剪切破坏面的细观形貌有二种典型特征,层间剪切强度的高低与剪切破坏面的待征相对应.

Abstract:Interlaminar shear of glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin composites has been deter-mined with three points bending tests of NOL ring short beam.Microscopic characteristics of the interlaminar shear failure surfaces are examined through scanning electron micro-scope(SEM).Two typical features of interlaminar shear failure are shown in the SEN pho-tographs.The values of interlaminar shear strength of composites with different composi- tion of epoxy resins are corelated with the typical features.The change of the expoxy resin may cause a great change in interlaminar shear strength.
