摘    要:研究了非概率不确定性量和模糊变量共存时的结构可靠性问题.以结构极限状态函数和模糊变量隶属函数为条件,基于可能性理论导出了结构的模糊失效域和模糊安全域及其隶属函数,将原混合可靠性问题转化为模糊失效准则下的非概率可靠性问题;在结构非概率可靠性模型的基础上,建立了模糊失效准则下的结构非概率可靠性指标;提出了一般性的非概率不确定性量和模糊变量共存时的结构可靠性分析方法,该方法能同时考虑非概率不确定性波动和模糊变量的可能性分布,更合理地评价结构可靠性.

Abstract:The reliability assessment of structure exhibiting both non-probabilistic uncertainty and fuzzy variables was investigated.The fuzzy failure set and the fuzzy safety set of the structure were deduced from the limit state function of the structure and the membership function of the fuzzy variables based on the possibility theory.Then,the initial hybrid reliability problem was transformed into a non-probabilistic reliability problem with fuzzy failure criterion.A non-probabilistic reliability index with fuzzy failure criterion was established based on the non-probabilistic reliability model.A general reliability assessment method exhibiting both non-probabilistic uncertainty and fuzzy variables was established.The new method can assess the reliability of the structure with more rationality by considering the non-probabilistic uncertainty and the possibility distribution of the fuzzy variables.
