微波破解污泥的固定床热解实验研究

摘    要:为了解微波破解对热解过程的催化作用,通过污泥固定床热解实验,利用称重法获得热解产物的产率,通过傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)、微型气相色谱(micro GC)和气态色谱-质谱仪器(GC-MS)联用等分析手段,分析固态、气态、液态产物成分.对污泥热解与微波破解污泥的热解进行了对比实验,不同终温下的三态产物产率的变化表明:普通污泥热解难度降低,深度得到加强.GC-MS分析发现:污泥热解生物油中多以单环芳香化合物和含氮芳香化合物为主;而热解生物油成分发生了较大改变,含氮芳香化合物含量增加,400℃下,胺和酮的质量分数分别提高了152%和118%.Micro GC分析发现:相对普通污泥,微波破解污泥在较低终温下气体产率更高,而最大产率没有提高.FTIR光谱对比分析显示:微波破解处理的污泥热解残渣中烷烃、烯烃、醇、酮有机物含量均比普通污泥低.

Abstract:To investigate the catalysis of microwave radiation,experiments was taken to observe the thermal decomposition products of municipal sludge compared with those of microwave-cracked sludge.The productivity was achieved by means of weighing method.Instruments such as Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),micro-gas chromatograph(micro GC),gas chromatograph and mass spectrometer(GC-MS)were used to analyze the solid,gas and liquid products.The productivity variation indicates that microwave radiation can promote the decomposition.GC-MS analysis shows that the components obviously change in the liquid products after the microwave pre-treatment,concentration of aromatic compounds with nitrogen was observed rising.The amine and cyclohexanone concentration of the oil has raised a range of 152%and 118%in the 400℃end-temperature decomposition experiment for the sludge with microwave-cracked pre-treatment.Micro GC analysis indicates that productivity of gas has been raised by microwave pretreatment in low end temperature decomposition experiment rather in the high end temperature one.FTIR analysis shows organic compounds revived in the solid residue such as alkane,ketone,glycol,et al,have been observed being decreased in the experiment with microwave inducement.
