| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查法、实地观察法和座谈讨论法,对浙江科技学院教职工的体育人口状况,参与体育锻炼的动机、手段,以及项目、场所、组织形式,选择体育锻炼的时间等内容进行调查,以便充分了解高校教职工参与体育锻炼的现状。在分析教职工参与体育锻炼状况的基础上,就教职工体育生活方式的形成提出相关的意见和建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the questionnaire survey,field study and panel discussion at Zhejiang University of Science and Technology,the author conducts a research on the following items:current situation of sports population,the motivation for staff to participate in sports,variety of the sports the staff participate in,forms and details of the sporting organization,location and timing of exercising.The research helps to fully understand the current situation of participation of the staff in sports,as well as to analyze the circumstance of the sports participation in the university.Also relevant comments and suggestions are put forward on the formation of sports life style. |
