| 摘 要： | 针对一类动态型多属性决策问题,提出了一种基于多属性拍卖思想的动态型多属性决策方法.首先以决策者效用最大化为目标设计了一个包含性能、进度等多个评价指标的评分函数对开发商的开发方案进行评分排序;然后论证了该方法具有激励性,即能积极引导开发商上报真实的信息,并证明了该决策方法能够降低项目的开发风险;最后通过一个导弹发动机的开发实例说明动态型多属性决策方法能够方便地应用于产品开发的实践中,为决策者优选开发商提供有效的决策方法.

| Abstract: | A multi-attribute decision making method of dynamic type based on multi-attribute auction was proposed.According to decision making problems under the multi-attribute information environment,firstly a scoring function to rank alternatives of developers was designed by decision maker.And then the method was demonstrated to be incentive,which could decline the risk in project development.Lastly a numerical example was given to illustrate that multi-attribute decision method of dynamic state could be easily applied to product development practice for decision makers to provide effective decision-making method. |
