摘    要:在矩形板锥形冲头撞击试验的基础上,引入Johnson-Cook本构模型和失效模型,采用显式动力有限元方法对锥形冲头撞击过程中矩形板的响应规律以及断裂过程进行了计算.讨论了网格尺寸对于计算结果的影响,并对不同板厚矩形板的耐撞性能进行了比较.结果表明:所采用的材料参数及计算模型能够对撞击载荷下矩形板的动态断裂过程进行准确地预报;增加板厚能显著提高矩形板的耐撞性能及抗破坏能力.

Abstract:Based on the rectangular plate collision test,a series of low velocity impact tests and numerical simulation results were given to examine the fracture characteristics of plates struck by a sharp nosed project.The Johnson-Cook constitutive and failure model were used in numerical simulation and the mesh size effect was considered.The crash worthiness and fracture characteristics of different thickness plate were discussed.The results show that the parameters of the failure model and mesh size in the paper can predict the fracture process exactly,and increasing the thickness of plate can improve the crashworthiness obviously.
