摘    要:针对水下航行体尾流激光雷达近场后向散射信号强、易导致接收系统饱和的难题,采用电流模式电路设计理论设计了一种举动式水下激光雷达接收系统.该系统充分挖掘接收电路的动态范围利用率,在探测周期内产生举动电流,将输出电压的基点由0V调整到跨阻放大器正向饱和电压附近,有效扩展了动态范围区间,使接收系统对近场信号的接收动态范围有效利用率提高约40%,而举动式电路部分的存在导致的系统带宽减小幅度仅为13%.该系统已成功应用于尾流激光雷达样机并进行了海试,结果表明:该系统完全可以满足大动态范围尾迹探测的需求,可广泛应用于各种大气和水下后向散射式脉冲激光探测系统.

Abstract:For solving large dynamic range backscattering signal of underwater navigation body drafting lidar,which signal is strong near field results in the receiving system saturated,the current mode design theory was used to independently develop a kind of lifted receiving system for improving the dynamic range of lidar by underwater vehicle wakes.The receiving system fully exploited the dynamic range of detection system.In a detecting cycle,the lifted current produced a move which adjusted the output voltage for a base of 0 V towards the saturation voltage of amplifier circuit,receiving system dynamic range increased about 40% in near field.The receiving system bandwidth caused by the lifted circuit reduced only 13%.The system was successfully used in the lidar system for submarine wakes and the sea experiment was finished.The experimental results show that the system can meet the requirement for the large dynamic range wakes detection and can be widely applied in all kinds of atmospheric and underwater backscattering pulse laser detection system.
