摘    要:对XQG5018A前置式滚筒洗衣机的振动特性进行了深入的讨论分析,并提供了洗衣机工作时传递到箱体上的力最小为目标的振动系统参数优化设计方法和实用方案。经单台样机处理和生产实际应用取得良好效果。

Abstract:In this paper, a detailed analysis is performed for the vibration characteristics of the open forward drum washing machine XQG50 18A. The minimum sum of the force levels that is transmitted to the machine body during operation is selected as the objective function. The vibration parameters optimization design method and a practical scheme are also proposed. A sample machine treatment and the results of practical use in production have shown that this method is effective.
