Capability Test of the Prototype of Metro Platform Screen Doors

According to relevant research achievements, engineering experience, literatures and gauges, the components of the prototype of metro PSD (Platform Screen Door) were set down. The contents and gauges of capability test for the prototype wer e also determined. The test contents include 5 aspects, that is, the capability test of door movement, the system test, the fatigue test, the combined electric -magnetic capability and the insulation. The capability test of door movement i ncludes dynamic energy, moving velocity curve, force for door closing, force for manual door opening and time for door closing/opening. The system test includes the moving control of the door by simulated signals, the system capability, the obstacle detection and the door reopening. The proposed method is practical to the test of homemade PSDs, especially the combined electric-magnetic capability of the equipment.
