| Abstract: | Diabetes mellitus,the endocrine and metabolic diseases,is characterized by hyperglycemia.It is one of the most prevalent chronic diseases that threat to human health.Diabetic animal models provide the important precondition to many scholars in study of the pathogenesis and mechanism of diabetes.This paper reviews diabetic animal models from three aspects. |
