液压支架反冲洗过滤装置的Fluent仿真分析

摘    要:近年来,国内外开发研制了具备自清洗功能的液压支架用的过滤器。但是目前的液压支架用反冲洗装置大多数是利用单相介质水来对滤芯进行反冲洗。该结构具有如下缺陷:滤芯通流量变小,液阻变大,易堵塞,往往造成冲洗的不够干净与彻底,清洗的效率低,导致支架动作缓慢甚至无法动作,严重影响了综采工作面的生产效率。针对其不足点,对该种反冲洗装置的过滤结构进行了优化设计,利用气液二相介质来完成对滤芯的反冲洗任务,并利用FLUENT对其进行流场仿真分析。

Abstract:In recent years,a kind of filtering device with self-cleaning function of the hydraulic supports has been designed.But most of backwashing filter of the hydraulic supports achieves self-cleaning function with uniphase medium water in the present.The structure has disadvantages as follows:smaller flow of filter element,larger fluid resistance,easy blockage,not swill cleaning and low efficiency,which cause slow actions of the hydraulic supports,even no working,and seriously influence on production efficiency ...
