摘    要:应用纳米Fe3O4颗粒与Fe^2+离子协同处理高浓度印染废水。利用磁性纳米FFe3O4颗粒的超顺磁特性,在外加磁场的作用下将磁颗粒、亚铁盐及有机物形成的混凝体迅速沉降下来,使废水得到有效的处理。实验表明,加入了磁性颗粒的废水其CODCr去除率明显高于只投加亚铁盐的废水,提高率在15%以上。实验同时研究了药剂的投加量、pH值等因素对废水处理效果的影响,并对其作用机理进行了初步探讨。

Abstract:Fe3O4 Magnetic nano-particles and Fe2+ are used to treat the printing and dyeing waste water in this paper.For the high paramagnetism of nano-particles Fe3O4,the flocculation forming from Fe3O4 magnetic nano-particles,Fe2+ and organic compound can sedimentate quickly,so the aim of waste water treatment is achieved.The study shows the reducing rate of CODCr by using Fe3O4 magnetic particles and Fe2+ is about 15% higher than only by Fe2+.The experiment also studies the effect of the dosage and pH value on the treatment result and analyzes it theoretically.
