聚焦磁场对系统弧放电和传输效率的影响

摘    要:在90°磁过滤管道和阴极之间加一30~60V的正偏压可使磁过滤管道起到阴极弧放电第二阳极的作用.在此情况下对聚焦磁场对MEVVA源阳极-阴极以及磁过滤管道-阴极2个回路弧放电和磁过滤管道传输效率的影响进行了实验研究.研究表明,随聚焦磁场升高,MEVVA源阳极和阴极之间的弧放电规模减小,而磁过滤管道和阴极之间的弧放电规模增大,并且系统的等离子体传输效率也随之升高.

Abstract:When the magnetic filter duct is biased positively 30~60 V relative to the cathode of a MEVVA plasma source, a cathodic vacuum arc discharg e is generated between the duct and the cathode. With this modified vacuum arc d eposition apparatus, the effects of the focusing magnetic field on the cathodic arc discharge and the plasma transport are studied. It is shown that as the focu sing magnetic filed increases, the scale of the arc discharge between the filter duct and the cathode enlarges, and the efficiency of plasma transport increases , but the scale of the arc discharge between the anode and the cathode of the ME VVA source decreases.
