| 摘 要： | 英语中的介词"in"与汉语中的"里"反映了人们在体验客观世界时所产生的一种空间关系图式:容器图式。文章以意象图式(容器图式)理论为基础,对比"in"与"里"的异同点。尽管两者在容器图式的多个特征上呈现出共同点,但"in"与"里"的使用并不总是在形式和意义上同时等值。

| Abstract: | The English preposition "in" and the Chinese preposition "li" reflect the Container Schema deriving from human interaction with the world.This paper intends to find out the similarities and differences between "in" and "li" based on the theory of Image Schema(Container Schema).Despite their similarities in terms of features of Container Schema,"in" and "li" are not always equivalent in form and meaning at the same time. |
