| 摘 要： | 终身教育、终身学习是社会进步和教育自身发展的共同趋势。现代远程开放教育具有诸多其他形式的教育不可比拟的优势,是实现终身教育的重要途径。大力发展现代化远程开放教育,构建面向大众的终身教育体系是多元化教育发展的重要方向和必然趋势。
