| 摘 要： | 加强新时期农村基层党建工作,充分发挥农村基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用和农村党员的先锋模范作用,推进社会主义新农村建设进程,必须在加强和改进农村基层领导班子建设、加强对农村广大基层领导干部与党员的教育和管理、提高领导干部和党员的整体素质、认真做好在优秀青年农民中发展党员这几个方面下功夫,才能不断开创农村基层党建工作新局面,实现预期目标。
