煤矿救护指战员不安全行为的心理特征指标值的测量与分析

本文根据煤矿救护指战员所处的极端环境条件和特殊的工作模式,提出救护指战员不安全行为的四种心理状态特征指标,并在实验室模拟高温高湿环境,对来自全国各地的煤矿救护队指战员进行体能模拟训练,通过对比常态下和高温高湿环境下指战员体能训练后的协调能力指标、暗适应能力指标、反应时指标和注意力指标的测量数值,得出心理活动特征随环境以及体能消耗的变化情况。

Measurement and Analysis on Psychological Characteristic Index Value from Mine Rescue Officers Unsafe Behavior

In this paper,we proposed four psychological state characteristic indexes from unsafe behavior of rescue officers,based on the extreme environmental conditions and a special operating mode in mine accidental scene. In laboratory,mine rescue officers made the physical training firstly,and then they made four psychological characteristic indexes measurements,including coordination capacity index,dark adaptation index,reaction index and attention indicator index. By collating the data under normal and extreme environment,the results show the changes of psychological activity characteristic index with the changes of environment and physical consumption.
