| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法等方法,从国家政策、学校就业引导、自身就业认识三个方面对当前高校体育专业学生就业意识情况进行调查与分析.研究显示:体育教育专业在校生的就业意识相对薄弱,主要体现:就业意识薄弱,低年级的学生受"应试"教育影响最为明显;大学生理想化职业与现实差距大,参与择业关注度和兴趣不高,自身综合能力不足,针对以上问题提出切实可行的建议,为今后学生在就业方面提供一定的理论和方法支持.

| Abstract: | By means of literature review and questionnaires, the investigation and analysis of employment awareness of physical education majors were conducted from the perspectives of national policy, school em-ployment guidance and students’understanding of employment. The study shows that the employment aware-ness of the physical education majors is relatively weak. The students of lower grades are influenced by exam-ination-oriented education; there exists a big gap between students’idealized profession and the reality; stu-dents are not interested in choosing a career, and students’comprehensive ability is not strong enough. Some practical suggestions are put forward for the above-mentioned problems, hoping to offer theoretical and meth-odological support for the students in terms of employment. |
