论党内民主的实现形式

当党员的主体地位经《党章》确立下来以后,党员通过何种形式在党内＂当家作主＂的问题,亦即党内民主的实现形式问题,就成了决定党内民主发展程度的主要因素。党的三代领导集体对党内民主的实现形式,进行了富有成效的探索和实践。十六大以来,以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央在总结以往成功经验的基础上,对党内民主的实现形式又进行了新的丰富和发展。

On the Realization Forms of Inner-party Democracy

The realization form of inner-party democracy is a main factor determining the degree of inner-party democracy development since the establishment of Party member’s subject status in terms of Party Constitution.Three generations leading groups of the Party have undertaken effective explorations and practice of the inner-party realization forms.Since the sixteenth Party congress,the Party Central Committee with Hu Jintao General Secretary as its leader has the new development and enhancement of the realization forms.
