| 摘 要： | 引起缺血组织的主要损伤并非缺血本身，而是缺血后对组织的再灌注，再灌注前进行治疗可减轻组织缺血损伤的严重程度。文章探讨了Ｉ－Ｒ损伤的发病机理，并对Ｉ－Ｒ损伤的组织有抗氧化保护作用的食物，药物及治疗方法做一综述。
