邻苯二胺活性膜的电化学聚合

摘    要:采用循环伏安法制备了邻苯二胺电聚合膜。研究了聚邻苯二胺(ODB)合成过程中单体浓度、扫描速率、溶液中氢离子浓度、电极材料、阴离子种类、聚合时间等对聚合电量的影响,提出了最佳聚合方案,即在0.015mol/LODB+0.4mol/LKCl+0.1mol/LHCl溶液中,以100mV·s-1的速率循环扫描50min。根据红外光谱初步推测:单体浓度低时可聚合形成类似吩嗪的桥式化学结构;而浓度高时形成1,2,4取代的链式结构。

Abstract:Ortho diaminobenzene(ODB)can be easily electro polymerized in acid aqueous solution to form continuous and adherent films.In this paper,cyclic voltammetry experiments were carried out to prepare ODB electropolymerized films.The influence of monomer concentration,sweep rate,electrode material,anion species,acid concentration and reaction time on polymer charge quantity was studied.The optimum polymerization method is suggested:the film deposition is conducted by cycling the electrode potential at 100mV/s for 50min in 0 4 mol/L KCl and 0.1 mol/L HCl solution containing 0 015mol/L ODB.By infra red spectrometry it is proposed preliminarily that the structure of poly(ODB)is mainly a bridge of phenazine when ODB monomer concentration is lower,but a linear chain of 1,2,4 substitution when higher.
