| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、个案分析等研究方法,对福建省田径运动的现状进行调查分析与探讨,寻找制约我省田径运动发展的因素.提出加强教练员自身素质,并具有自主创新精神,科学地运用新训练竞赛理念;提高科学化训练成份;加强田径运动后备人才队伍的建设;创新竞技体育体制,引进市场机制,促进田径运动的社会化、市场化、产业化的发展为我省田径运动的可持续发展策略.

| Abstract: | Based on document data,questionnare investigations,interview law and document analytic method,this paper analyses and discusses Fujian province track and field present situation and development countermeasure.Seeks restricts our province track and field meet development the factor,proposed strengthens the trainer own quality,has the independent innovation spirit,scientifically utilizes the new training competition idea;Enhances the scientific training ingredient;Strengthens the track and field reserve athletes troop the construction;Innovate sports system,introduces the market mechanism,the promotion track and field socialization,the market,the industry development,is our province track and field meet sustainable development strategy. |
