摘    要:本文采用硫酸和聚异氰酸酯A对钢纤维表面处理,研究了钢纤维表面处理工艺对钢纤维/回收聚乙烯复合材料力学性能影响。对两种回收聚乙烯料进行了MFR测试,证明回收聚乙烯料还可以回收利用;研究发现,钢纤维经聚异氰酸酯A处理2h,可使复合材料弯曲强度提高30%,冲击强度提高20%;钢纤维较适宜添加量为25%。

Abstract:In the paper,the steel textile fiber is treated with H2SO4 and polymeric isocyanate A.The surface treatment technics influence on the steel textile fiber and the recycle polyethylene compound materials mechanical performance is researched.Two recycle polyethylene materials are tested with MRF,that proves the recycle polyethylene materials can be used again;from the research,after the steel textile fiber is treated with polymeric isocyanate A for 2h,the bending deformation strength of compound materials improves 30%,and the impact break strength improves 20%;the more condign concentration of the steel textile fiber is 25%.
