我国现阶段科技园区发展与和谐社会的悖论与破解

面对我国高科技园区投入多,产出少,技术创新能力差,辐射能力差等不和谐状况,提出了从线性、还原论指导的研究和工作思路转变为从复杂适应系统角度来看待科技园区的发展,并且提出了以企业家创业行为为适应主体的科技园区演进模型。最后简单介绍了国内外的两个典型的案例,希望能够对我国科技园区的二次创业从思路上有所启发。

Paradox and Solutions--A research on the contradiction between the present development model in Chinese High-tech zone and the goal of harmonious society

Nowadays,some unharmonious tones appear in Chinese high-tech zone:more input with less output,low level in technological innovation,weak influence in national development,etc.This paper introduces a new point of view-the high-tech zone can be conceived as a complex adaptive system instead of a linear and reductive system.It takes entrepreneurship as an adaptive agent and puts forward a theoretical model of the high-tech zone evolvement.At the end of this paper,it introduces two cases,aiming to throw some light on Chinese high-tech zone development.
