| 摘 要： | 媒质独立切换是由IEEE 802.21工作组为支持异构网络的互联而提出的解决方案,旨在为将来以全IP为核心网的所有异构网络间提供无缝快速切换的支持.WiFi和WiMAX是当今最流行的宽带无线技术,为了解决异构网络之间移动的平滑切换问题,本文通过引入媒质独立切换的方式在WiFi和WiMAX的异构网络之间设计出一种优化的切换方案,并通过仿真验证了其良好的性能.

| Abstract: | Media independence handover(MIH)is a scheme proposed by IEEE 802.21 group to support the interlinkage of heterogenous network based on the core network of IP in the future and achieves the goal of seamless fast handover. WiFi and WiMAX are the fashionable technology of band wireless network, in order to resolve the handover problem between heterogeneous networks, this paper introduces a handover proposal between WiFi and WiMAX based on MIH, and simulates to verify the perfect performance. |
