肥皂生产企业的清洁生产尝试

肥皂生产企业在生产过程中存在着废水和废气污染，小部分工艺废水有机物浓度高，小型燃煤锅炉脱硫技术低，导致末端治理资金投入大，针对废水和废气排放状况，通过污染产生源头清洁生产审核，提出中费方案和低费方案。实施以各类冷却废水闭路循环和控制燃煤硫份含量在1%以下为主要内容的中费方案，削减了各类污染物排放量，少量肥皂生产综合废水采用厌氧-好氧生化处理工艺，实现了达标排放并能够有效防止循环水中污染物积累。

On the Clean Production of Soap Factories

In the production process of some soap factories, there exist some serious environmental problems: pollution caused by waste water and waste gas, high concentration of organic matter in a small proportion of their waste water, and poor desulfuration of some of their small coal-burning furnaces. As a result, huge amounts of fund is needed for pollution treatment at the end of their production process. This paper proposes a medium expense plan and a lowl expense plan against the discharge of waste water and waste gas through the examination of clean production at the beginning of the production process. The medium expense plan involves closed cycling of cooling waste water and limiting the content of sulfur in the coal to less than 1%. This plan can greatly reduce the amount of pollutants discharged. A small part of the waste water can be treated by means of the anaerobic-aerobic method, which can assure that the water discharged meets state standards and prevents the accumulation of pollutants in the cycling water.
