| 摘 要： | 文章介绍电脑电话集成方面的呼叫控制、电话终端控制、媒体访问等基本概念 ,指出了 ECTF标准的价值 ,进一步讨论了 IVR系统的几种常见实现方式 ,如媒体资源驱动程序、媒体资源管理软件和媒体服务平台。在阐述符合 ECTF标准媒体服务平台 (自动语音应答系统平台 )的现实意义下 ,根据用户的数据系统需求调查分析 ,研制出系统框架和与用户的接口 ,从而得到系统结构图和明确各部件的作用。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the basic concepts of Computer Telephony Integration(CTI) such as call control, telephone control and media access, points out the value of Enterprise Computer Telephony Forum(ECTF) standard,and discusses several common approaches of an interactive voice response system,including the media service driver,media service manager and media service platform. The benefit of ECTF based media service platform is demonstrated in the paper. Through analyzing the data system and the requirement of users,the system architecture and the user interface are developed, and the system framework is presented. |
