纳米CoTiO3的气敏特性

摘    要:文章通过实验研究了纳米CoTiO3材料的气敏特性,结果发现纳米CoTiO3对C2H5OH非常敏感,而且选择性,响应和恢复时间也很好。利用表面吸附理论,文章分析认为纳米CoTiO3材料的气敏机理源于其极高的表面活性;气敏选择性则源于气体的稳定性和被吸附的量。

Abstract:Properties of gas sensitivity of nanosized CoTiO3 was investigated in this paper. It was observed that nanosized CoTiO3 was very sensitive to C2H5OH and the selectivity,response and recovery time were also excellent. Using the theory of surface adsorption, it is considered that the mechanisms of sensitivity and selectivity of nanosized CoTiO3 are due,respectively,to its high surface activity and stability of the tested gas and its quantity adsorbed by the gas sensor.
