超声多普勒流量计实现分区流速测量的方法研究

摘    要:为了扩展超声波多普勒测量方法的功能并提高超声多普勒流量计的测量精度,提出了可以实现流通区域内流体速度分布测量的分区流速测量方法。采用超声波交叉域法,对声束的发射与接收进行汇聚,使汉速信息集中在流场中十几毫米到数毫米的区域范围内;采用了发射、接收换能器,让声束的交叉域分布在描述流场特性的地方,实现了流场的分区流速测量。扩展了超声波多普勒方法的功能,若对分区流速进行积分处理就可获得流量,为提高超声多普

Abstract:Zonal fluid velocity distribution measurement in flow field is made using the Doppler ultrasonic method. The traditional flowmeter measurement technique is to detect the statistic average value of fluid velocity, The data are greatly effected by the velocity profiles, and often yield lower measured value. A zone of acoustic wave intersection is constructed such that attention would be given to fluid velocity within a small region of several millimeters by focusing incident sound wave and back scattered acoustic wave. Several transmitter and receiver of acoustic transducers are used to sample the velocity information from the region of intersection of ultrasonic rays which yield typical flow field characteristics. The fluid velocity data can be integrated to give the volume flux. This research effort led to increase accuracy of the Doppler ultrasonic flowmeter.
