| 摘 要： | 本文通过对财政法促进科技自主创新主要方式的研究，结合我国现状，指出我国财政法在支持科技自主创新方面存在的问题，提出完善相关法律制度的对策建议，以期在我国建立起有效的财政科技投入制度、财政科技补助制度以及促进科技自主创新的政府采购制度。

| Abstract: | The essay, based on the research of the main means in which the Finance Act promotes scientific and technological innovation, in light of China＇s current situation, points out the problems of Finance Act in support of China＇s science and technology independent innovation .The essay also gives the suggestions on perfecting the relevant legal system, in hope of establishing an effective investment system in china＇s financial science and technology, the financial technology grant system as well as the government procurement system. |
