对各种非线性电路分析方法的使用范围，特点作了总结。针对甲类固态功放的弱非线性特性，并结合幂级数分析法的特点，建立了适合于甲类固态功放交调分析的模型，重点考虑了交调分量特性与载波数的联系，因此分析的结果更具有实际意义。另外，在多载波情况下，对高阶交调分量的影响也作了较为详细的分析，分析结果和文献中报道的结论有良好的一致性。编制的分析程序具有通用性，可用于和甲类固态功放有类似非线性特性的弱非线性电路分析，分析结果准确、直观。
