川陕苏区人权保障刍论

川陕苏区制定了一系列保障人权的法律法规和方针政策,并努力实践,以充分保障和尊重人的生存权、民主权、自由权,还设置监察机构维护人权,从而使人权保障在一定程度上落到了实处.但是,在特定历史条件下,川陕苏区由于受"左"的影响,在人权保障方面也还存在"肃反"扩大化、侵犯中农利益等缺陷.

The Guarantee of Human Rights in Sichuan-Shaanxi of Chinese Soviet Areas

In Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet area, a series of law policies to guarantee human rights are formulated and implemented so as to fully ensure and respect the human's rights of existence, democracy and freedom. An supervisory institute is established to maintain human rights and to some extent fulfill the policy of guaranteeing the human rights. But because of "Left" influence, under this special historical condition, this soviet area also has some defects such as expanding elimination of counterrevolutionaries and infringing upon the interests of middle peasants.
