| Abstract: | Computer simulation by software MATLAB to switching characteristics in the nonlinear two guide couplers, including second-order and third-order non-linearity, is introduced. The relating programs are provided, and their switching characteristics is analyzed and compared. This practical researching method is valuable for designing optical switches in the nonlinear wave-guide couplers. |
