| 摘 要： | 实验证明，在不依赖特异性机体的条件下，在Ｅ．ｃｏｌｉＢ接触补体后的溶菌反应中，先释放碱性磷酸酶，后释放β－半乳糖苷酶，在一段时间内体外两种酶与溶菌率成正相关性，说明该情况下补体最初作用部位是细胞壁，但致死效应则涉及对细胞膜的损伤。
