| 摘 要： | 剖析非定常态下物流供应链及其应急保障物流的结构特征，提出应急物流体的概念和基本模型。应急物流体是构建于国家和企业物流供应链基础上、经集成的特殊物流供应链系统模式。为应急状态下的实时物流供应(RTLS)提供决策支持，为相应研究提供新的思路。

| Abstract: | According to the anatomy of the logistics supply chain at the emergent situation and the structure character of the emergent logistics, the concept and the basic model of Emergent Logistics System & Style & Substance (ELS~3) are advanced. ELS~3 constructed on the base of logistics supply chain of country and enterprise is the special and integrated system pattern of logistics supply chain. It offers a sustain of decision-making at the time of emergent Real Time Logistics Supply (RTLS) and a new thinking way for the correlated research. |
