| 摘 要： | 综述了各种血液净化技术,包括血液透析、血液灌流、血浆置换及血液滤过等在急性中毒中的临床应用概况,表明各类急性中毒在常规治疗的基础上应用血液净化治疗具有很好的临床治疗效果,能明显减少死亡率,缩短意识恢复时间及住院时间,值得在各级医院推广应用.

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the clinical application of blood purification technology(including hemodialysis,hemoperfusion,plasma exchange,hemofiltration and so on)in the treatment of acute poisoning.on the basis of conventional treatment,blood purification therapy has a good clinical efficacy in treatment of acute poisoning,it can reduce mortality,shorten the time of consciousness recovery and hospital stay significantly,so it is worth to promote. |
