酚酞型聚芳醚砜/蛭石复合膜的制备与性能

摘    要:以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HDTMA+Br-)为插层剂,对蛭石(VMT)插层,制备有机柱撑蛭石(OVMT).XRD分析表明:经HDTMA+Br-插层后,OVMT的层间距由柱撑前的1.46nm增大到4.70nm,柱撑效果明显.通过浸没沉淀相转化法制备酚酞型聚芳醚砜(PES-C)/OVMT复合膜,研究了蛭石的加入量对PES-C/OVMT复合膜隔热性能、热稳定性能和机械性能的影响规律,结果表明:5%的蛭石添加量即可有效提高PES-C/OVMT复合膜的隔热性能、热稳定性能和机械性能.

Abstract:Vermiculites were intercalated by hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (HDTMA+Br-) leading to an organic-pillared vermiculite (OVMT). XRD indicated that the layers of vermiculite were pillared by HDTMA+ and the spacing distance was increased from 1.46 nm to 4.70 nm.
